Volunteer - Fundraising

IGS fundraisers are responsible for holding IGS charity events (yes, you get to party while working), expanding the IGS donor list and growing IGS's marketing and public relations. Your role can be as simple and powerful as having a couple relatives agree to donate to IGS or as large and powerful as hosting an IGS red carpet celebrity gala. These are exceptionally important positions that require strong dedication and perseverance. Resumes and interviews are required. No prior experience necessary, everyone can apply.

To become an IGS fundriaser, follow these steps:

STEP 1: Send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with your first and last name, your location and your area of interest (i.e., fundraising, events and galas, marketing, public relations, etc.)

STEP 2: You will receive an email detailing the IGS fundraising positions available in your area along with our volunteer form. Fill out the form (with your resume attached) and email it back to us.

STEP 3: An IGS executive will contact you to set-up your interview date.

IGS fundraiser positions are excellent resume builders for marketing, public relations and financial careers as they demonstrate your leadership skills and ability to get things done right.
